First thing first – The United States of America has to be Independent. Money is a blood of US economy. Money is a unit of value of produced goods by the people for the people. In a True Democracy, money is a public property. We need new, fair, democratic and sustainable money system. This is what we will do to fix our broken money system: 1. Take the power to create money away from the banks, return it to a democratic transparent and accountable process; 2. Create money free of debt; 3.Put new money into the real economy rather than financial markets and property bubbles.

TRUE GOVERNMENT – we want new government system navigated by the people to serve the people. Co-operative Government is the way to transform our government to be truly democratic.

To govern means to manage resources not to drain them. The facts, the data, and the history tell us that current government system is not working for us. The nation is deep in debt, yet 60% of our population is not employed, 40% of the nation lives in near poverty conditions. Our human capital, social capital and physical capital are not managed well. We the people can and will do better. If a complex multinational national corporation like FedEx can manage its packages and services across the world – we should be able to track legislation, programs, and services produced by our government. We have knowledge, we have a technology, we need a new system and we are ready to create democratic open-source government system.

Why things the way they are?

“The world has revolved and we are about to change with it.”

The United States of America was born in a spirit of independence, revolution and change. It was born of one dream, dream of Democracy and a firm confidence that as a nation we can and will create society that works for us, works for all.

Today, 240 years later, the same dream – “This nation … shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”- holds us united, holds us together.

Our constitution was written in 1878 by men of great character who could not predict where our country will be in 100, 200 years ahead but had an ability to see possibilities and courage to take risks to pursue these possibilities and were prepared to make a change.

In two centuries The United States of America evolved from an agricultural country with enormous natural resources to be the world pioneer of an industrial revolution, after that into a captain of the world manufacturing revolution; a few decades later into a founder of technological and information age. Today we are crafting yet next revolution, we are creating economy fueled by knowledge, human values, built with global resources of a whole planet.

Today we recognize that our country’s middle name is growth and change, that the world has revolved and we are ready to move with it. A new time for human kind and America is in front of us.

A dawn of a new economy driven by a single force of independent human mind is about to change the face and destiny of our country and a whole planet. We can and must be pioneers of that transformation.

What changed?
With tools as simple as a laptop computer and internet connection it is possible for one individual to become a manufacturer. Time and cost of creating new products diminished to the smallest fraction of the one of the past. Smart software, social networks, and new production processes are creating an economy that resembles nothing it was 100 years ago. What changed? Every part of our economy – capital, labor, business, distribution, market, finance and money are in the state of transformation.

We are entering a new economic system when a product or a service can be imagined, designed and manufactured by a single human. We are entering an era of a new kind of capitalism – a capitalism centered around an independent individual able to play every role in an economic process – be a capital, a producer, a manufacturer and a distributor able to create and navigate his own market — a community market. This individual is free to create, free to sell, free to share and free to give away his product. When a single individual is able to determine an exchange value of his product, one on one with his customer agree on the value of money, he is able to create his own money. What are the implications of this new economic freedom for an individual?

New forces of new economy, new culture, new society are leading us to a new possibility to solve the biggest problem of the day – problem economic inequality. We are one of these forces. We, Women of United States of America, are the new political class. We are united in determination to create all needed change to preserve peace and democracy in our Nation. The United States of America Women’s Party believes that main source of our country’s power is unity, democracy, peace, and ability to change. True America is United America Leading Global Growth and Change. Today our power and our unity are under the threat. Widening economic inequality fuels growth of separatist sentiment and militant groups in our nation. We are absolutely convinced that only inclusive growth and integrated change will carry America out of social, political and economic challenges we are facing today. None of current economic and political challenges are accidental. They are created by three kernels of change.

Growth changes are changes in US economy initiated by evolution of science, technology, internet, by the development of new tools of production, by the birth of new market relationships, globalization and an emergence of a new kind of economy and economic system. Will this system have a new name? We are ready to identify emerging pattern of transformation, to give a new system a new name and draft strong plan for a political change to support that change.

Changes due to Experiments of the Past are the legacy of 20th century political and economic experiments by US government trying to adapt to turbulent conditions of World War I, World War II and an industrial revolution. These changes have shifted political architecture of our country and one of the main causes of our current problems.

Changes in American Culture are the shifts in our country’s identity, beliefs, and value systems. Money, national superiority, and elitism are less important for us today in 21 century. New ideals of togetherness, purpose, autonomy sustainable living and true democracy are the main drivers of American people, businesses, and communities towards growth and excellence.

We believe that True Democracy is a set of organizational principles, chosen by a community of people as a supreme law of their union. These principles hold us together and guide us through everyday lives. True Democracy aims to preserve and promote the dignity and fundamental rights of the individual, a group, as well as peace and stability of the union.

Since inception, The United States of America is held by 9 Democratic Principles

Two cardinal rules of True Democracy – Freedom and Equality determine an architecture of a Democratic society in which all participating parts are equal and balanced in its function, power, rights, and responsibilities.

THREE PARTS OF TRUE DEMOCRACY AND THEIR FUNCTIONS

An individual in a true Democracy is an active creator of life, a creator of government, a facilitator and a guard of Democracy and peace, an initiator of businesses, a producer of goods. An individual is the main capital and the producer of national wealth, as without individual/labor there is no business and without individual/consumer there is no market. An individual is accountable to the Constitution and the Law of a state.

A function of a Business in a Democratic state is to organize production and distribution of goods and services for citizens and government. Business is accountable to Government and to people of a state.

A purpose of Government in a Democratic society is to be a neutral facilitator of equality between an individual and a group, labor, and business. To govern means to manage and organize. In a marker economy, Government’s job is to navigate flow of market relationships by the means of economic and fiscal policies. A Government is a servant of people, protector of a national security and laws, a sovereign steward of a national currency. A Government is elected by and accountable to the people of a nation.

FAILURE OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY TODAY IS A CORRUPTION OF PURPOSE OF OUR GOVERNMENT

100 years ago, in the beginning of 20th century in an attempt to solve financial instability of our country US government with the best knowledge and intentions signed Federal Reserve Act that delegated our government’s responsibility to issue credit and manage fiscal resources of our nation to a centralized group of private banks. The Federal Reserve Act created a union between private business and our government. This union between The United States of America government and private business fundamentally changed the role and the function of our government from a neutral facilitator of equality of power in the nation into a partner with private enterprise. This change to an architecture of our state has distorted equilibrium of forces, polarized market, flattened circulation of wealth forcing our economy into perpetual crisis.

Four Implications of Experimental Changes to US Democracy
in 20th century

Loss of independence of our State. The greatest issue in front of our Nation is not poverty and rising social of inequality, but the issue of our independence – political and financial independence from private enterprise. Capitalism is a form of society whose life is centered around its market activity. A market is driven by circulation of money and credit. It means that power that owns credit, issues fiscal policies, the entity that governs the market is the power that governs capitalist society. When The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 gave away responsibilities to set monetary policies of the country to a private entity Central Bank it gave away sovereignty of our Government and independence of our nation.

The United States of America Women’s Party believes that before any party, any force in the nation can solve our social and economic problems the independence of our Government need to be restored.

OUR PLAN FOR CHANGE – We Start with Creating a Sovereign Money System
To restore an independence of US Government we are to review, revise and implement The Chicago Plan – plan created by leading US economist describing the transition from a system of privately-issued debt-based money to a system of government-issued debt-free money.

Centralization of power, drying out of a wealth of the people, poverty economy. If the faith of US economy is decided by a single private entity The Federal Open Market Committee it means that our economy is governed by a central power. We know what centralization of power done to Soviet Russia – it ruined it. Based on all evidence, data, and statistics of our economy – we The United States of America are marching in the same direction. We are approaching the day of demise of our economy and very much possibly a state. To restore economic stability of our country we need to restore control of our government over money and the market, restore equality and balance of power between citizens, government and private enterprise.

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and the rise in a number of State-owned enterprises in the last 30 years have changed the nature of US government into an entity of business effectively changing the status of private citizens into shareholders. When a Government is a business a taxpayer becomes a shareholder in the business and the rights and responsibilities of a citizen of United States of America are the rights and responsibilities of a shareholder.
